- Server logs. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Email. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you write, and use it only to reply and to work with you.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Client information
When we work with a client, we keep the records we need to do the work: contact and billing details, support requests and notes, documentation of the systems we manage, and the access credentials those systems require. We keep them in systems we run ourselves or with providers we trust, protected by single sign-on and multi-factor authentication, and credentials are kept in an encrypted password manager. We use this information only to provide our services, and we delete or return it when an engagement ends or on request.
Your business data
Your files, email and customer records stay in systems you own, and we access them only as needed for the work we've agreed on.
Depending on your needs, we can also provide off-site storage, such as backup copies kept on infrastructure we operate. Several levels of encryption are available, depending on whether we only store the data or also need to work with it. We agree with you in advance on what is stored, where, for how long and how it is encrypted, limit access to the work itself, and delete it when the service ends or on request.
